Sell your gear - List in 60 seconds

Turn outgrown suits, parkas and training gear into cash. Listing takes about a minute — upload photos, set a price, choose pickup or shipping, and publish.

How it works:

1. Create an account & connect your bank for payouts.
2. Create a listing (title, size, photos, price).
3. Fill all the fields:

• Team Name (optional)
• Gear Type
• Brand
• Title
• Size
• Condition
• Price
• Photos (minimum 3 required)

4. Reply to buyer messages if asked.
5. Ship with a label; Shippo is integrated for your convenience.
6. Get paid to your bank after buyer confirms delivery within 2 days.

Seller Checklist

Sell faster and avoid disputes by following these steps: Before you list:

1. Use clear photos: front/back + label + seams + closeups of any wear
2. Be specific: Brand/model/size/condition and disclose all flaws.
3. For tech suits: Note approximate wears and any seam/stretch issues. Show water repellency for used tech suits.
4. After item sells: Pack securely and ship promptly. Upload tracking as soon as it is available. Keep communication on Swim Marketplace.
5. If a buyer opens a request: Respond within 3 business days. Provide evidence quickly (photos, listing details, tracking). If approved as Not As Described, you must cover return shipping costs (often via prepaid label). Once return instructions/label are provided, the buyer must ship within 7 calendar days, so provide the label quickly to avoid delays.

Seller Payout

The payout is triggered when the buyer marks the order as received, or the transaction automatically completes 14 days after the provider marks the order as delivered. After the payout is triggered, it can take Stripe 5 to 10 business days to transfer the funds to the seller's bank account, plus any additional standard bank processing time.

Inventory Rules

New Inventory: Sold directly by Swim Marketplace. Not listed by individual sellers Peer-to-Peer Resale: Classified as used/second-hand (even “new with tags” counts as resale). We facilitate for individuals, but the product is not sold by Swim Marketplace.
